Is a covering letter required?
Yes. CDC Chairmen or Youth Presidents must submit a covering letter endorsing applicants from their communities.
Do forms need to be signed?
Yes. All forms must be fully completed and signed by the candidates guarantors. Unsigned forms will not be accepted.
Can I change my area of specialization during submission?
No. The specialization chose during registration must match what is written on the office file. Any mismatch may result in disqualification.
