The Lagos State Graduate Internship Placement Programme (LSGIPP) is currently accepting applications from suitably qualified graduates who need practical experience and career growth.

LSGIPP was to be a solution to a gap that exists between academic qualification and job experience requirements by employers. What the LSGIPP 2026 Offers

Interns will be engaged in a structured training that will emphasize soft skills, work environment communication, professionalism ethics, and business etiquette. Following the training phase, the participants will be subjected to a four-month paid internship in organisations operating in Lagos State. Lagos State Government shall be responsible for paying monthly stipends to the participants during the period of internship thus helping to shift their attention to harnessing and sharpening their skills through learning. There shall be a monitoring, and assessment of participants’ performances, which shall help in tracking their progress and professional development.

Eligibility Requirements

The requirements for applicants to apply for the LSGIPP 2026 are as follows;

A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any field. Experience is between no (0) and five (5) years. Have a valid Lagos state residents’ registration agency (LASRRA). Certificate of National Youth Service Corps or exemption from the same.
