Check Bauchi State 2026 Recruitment Interview Invitations Status
The Bauchi State Government, through the Office of the Head of Civil Service, has announced that interview invitations for the ongoing Bauchi State Civil Service Recruitment Exercise will begin on Wednesday 11th March, 2026. Shortlisted applicants will start receiving their invitations as the next stage of the recruitment process begins.
According to the circular released, invitations will be released in batches. This means some candidates may receive their notifications earlier than others. Applicants are advised not to exercise patience if they do not receive an invitation immediately, as more invitations will continue to be sent out.

Candidates should regularly log in to the Bauchi State 2026 Recruitment Portal at www recruitment.bauchistate.gov.ng to monitor their application status.

You must come to the interview along with the followings:
- Originals of Academic and Professional Certificates where applicable.
- Two (2) copies of the interview invitation slip.
- Valid Means of Identification e.g (NIN, Voter’s Card or Driver’s license).
Your invitation slip contains a QR code that will be scanned to verify your details.
Candidates must adhere to the schedule time on their invitation slip, arrive early and come fully prepared with all required documents.
The Bauchi State Civil Service Commission urges applicants to continue checking their dashboards, emails, and SMS as invitations come in batches. Shortlisted candidates should print their slips and prepare for the interview.
The recruitment exercise is part of the state government’s effort to strengthen the civil service with qualified and capable professionals in various sectors.
