- Possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
- Graduate with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2).
- Have completed NYSC on or before July 2026.
- Be a Nigerian citizen aged between 18 to 35 years at the time of application.
- Candidates who are committed fully to the 2 year fellowship program.
